The cottage lies wind-protected and secluded directly behind, and adjacent to, South Australia's only remaining stretch of unadulterated coastal sand-dunes, and was itself until recently, zoned 'conservation'. It has been painstakingly and tenderly renovated and rejuvenated, to bring it's facilities and amenities into current times, whilst retaining the original site, layout and ambience. It lies at the end of a very short cul-de-sac with only two other properties in the street and no passing traffic.
you cannot see the sea from the cottage, but there is no mistaking the envigorating ozone-laden air and the soothing sounds of the ocean and waves.. all from your front door.
